Notes
DoHH2 is an EBV-negative cell line. The cells express IgG lambda, are reactive with CD10 and CD19 monoclonal antibodies, and show by cytogenetic analysis 48,XY, +7, +del(12)(q24), t(14;18)(q32;q21)
in vivo
Used in allogeneic xenografts
Tumors grow in athymic BALB/C or NOD/SCID
