HS746T cells were derived from a 74 year old Caucasian male with gastric carcinoma

Oncogene

carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) 118 ng/10 exp6 cells/10 days; Colon Specific Antigen (CSAp); transforming growth factor beta; keratin,HLA A24, A32, B15, B18. The cells are positive for keratin by immunoperoxidase staining. The cells expressed p53 antigen (the p53 produced has a G -> A mutation resulting in Arg -> His at position 273). Ref
